Frank Myers

Frank Myers lives in Burlington, Ontario. He is a member of the Latow Photographers Guild and an artist member at Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre (Oakville) and the Art Gallery of Mississauga. Frank says he tries to go beyond simply making pleasing images, to hopefully convey something more. He hopes his most successful work suggests some deeper meaning, or at least what he was thinking or feeling when he created it. He enjoys controlling the creative process from start to finish. In the film days, he printed both black and white and colour in the darkroom. Now working digitally, he produces his own archival fine art prints.Frank has a two-person exhibition this month (Oct. '23) in the Art Gallery of Burlington's Fireside Room, where he also had a solo exhibition in 2020. His work is seen regularly in juried exhibitions in galleries across Southern Ontario, which have included Robert McLaughlin Gallery (Oshawa),  Beaux Arts Brampton, Homer Watson Gallery (Kitchener), St. Thomas-Elgin Public Art Centre, Orillia Museum of Art and History and the Art Gallery of Burlington.
